Sign-in help
Use the same email address or phone number you used before. Request a new verification code only after the countdown ends. Never share a code with another person.
Film playback
If a completed film cannot play, tap Retry. Retry reloads the existing film and does not generate or charge for a new one.
Delete your account
In SORYI, open Me, tap Delete account and data, and confirm the permanent deletion. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Email [email protected]. Include your device model, app version, selected language, and a short description. Do not include verification codes or passwords.
